Development of a Dessert Menu includes:

  • Development of individual design and identity of a dessert with seasonal updating if necessary
  • Adjustment of existing Dessert Menu in accordance with the overall concept 
  • Development of recipes and calculation of ingredient quantities
  • Selection of necessary raw materials; calculation of cost and profit for each dessert
  • Quality control and personnel training
